Shipping Policy

D-ziner.com, LLC has been engaged in trading IT hardware for the last few years. We proudly use FedEx as our official goods shipping service provider. We have used other carriers as well but have found FedEx to be the most reliable and with minimal issues.

Avoiding Fraud

The key factor in the shipping process is the shipping address. We are strict in our policy of shipping goods only to the billing address provided on our checkout page. This is done in order to keep our clients and us safe from fraud. We have seen the opposite of this in practice where either the seller gets defrauded or the credit/debit cardholder.

Owing to this problem we stay confined only to the billing address to be used as the shipping address. In case a client is looking to get items shipped to an address that is different from the billing address, we are happy to do this with bank transfer payments.

Handling Time

The standard handling time for an order is 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time

The usual time for shipping goods according to FedEx are as below:

  • Standard Ground Shipping – takes 5-7 business days
  • Standard 2-3 Day Shipping – takes 2-3 business days
  • Standard Overnight Shipping – takes 24-48 business hours

The above stipulations of delivery timelines are in accordance with FedEx terms and conditions of shipping.

Custom Duties and Taxes

At times the items ordered run out of stock and need to be procured from outside of the USA. For such items the custom duties and taxes are to be born by the buyer.

Coronavirus related issues:

Over the course of the last two years, it has been observed that all goods shipping service providers have faced challenges owing to the outbreak of the Covid-19 Virus. This has rendered a lot of Human Resource challenges. What this leads to is unexpected and uncontrollable delays in the shipping of goods.

FedEx and other carriers are also in their availability to the arrangement of human resources, while being compliant with the social distancing and precautionary measures as advised by the government.

The above measures have caused unexpected delays in shipments and therefore buyers have faced late deliveries. We understand this situation because most of the products we sell are required to arrive at a certain time. This is in line with the deployment tasks on the end-user side. We request our buyers to opt for the shipping service that fits their schedule and this way eliminate or reduce the chances of delay in delivery of items.

In some cases, we have seen delays as high as 1-2 weeks. This is primarily because of the limited human resources every goods shipping service provider is currently facing.

As shipping is something that is beyond our control, we request the buyers to be patient and wait for the products.

The goods that are in the shipping phase do not qualify for order cancellations, refunds, or replacements.
